Flight Feather achieves IPA Effectiveness Accreditation

We’re proud to share some more big agency news: Flight Feather has been awarded IPA Effectiveness Accreditation 2025–27.

Only 44 agencies across the UK have achieved this recognition, placing us in esteemed company alongside some of the industry’s biggest names.

For us, this is proof that when Paid Media is done the right way – with a focus on real life outcomes – it can deliver meaningful results for our client partners.

Effectiveness has always been a core value at Flight Feather, and this accreditation is a clear endorsement of the way we work.

What the accreditation means

The IPA Effectiveness Accreditation is the industry benchmark for agencies that deliver real commercial results. Chaired by former Tesco Chief Customer Officer Alessandra Bellini, a panel of industry experts reviewed submissions to assess how agencies tackle business challenges and commit to continuous improvement. To earn it, you have to prove that effectiveness runs through everything you do:

  • Focus – clarity on what matters most
  • People – building the right culture and capabilities
  • Process – embedding effectiveness at every stage
  • Data & Measurement – decisions driven by evidence, not guesswork
  • Impact – proving outcomes, not just outputs

Why it matters to us

At Flight Feather, we believe paid media that doesn’t move the meaningful metrics is just noise. From the first conversation to the final report, effectiveness shapes every decision we make.

This accreditation is external proof that we’re delivering on that belief. For our clients, it’s reassurance that every campaign, every line on the plan, every penny invested with us is designed to work harder for their business.

As Sadira Furlow, Chief of Global Brand & Communications at Tony’s Chocolonely and one of this year’s judges, put it:

“Agencies that are IPA Effectiveness Accredited stand out from the rest because they have much more rigour, embedding effectiveness throughout their entire process.”

We couldn’t agree more Sadira!
